Artwork & Design Files

We prefer vector files with fonts outlined, in AI, EPS, PDF or SVG.
JPEG files are only accepted if they are the exact print/embroidery size.

Any files outside these requirements may require an extra artwork/design charge of $70/hr.

If you don’t have a good logo or design, hit us up as our in-house graphic designers would love to create something for you!

Mockups, Colours, Sizing/Positioning

Digital mockups will be created for you to approve, according to what has been given.

Please provide the correct size & positioning of your designs. Each setup fee involves the design in ONE size - if you want the design to scale, that will incur multiple setup fees.

The max size for screen printing is 31 x 43cm.
Embroidery prices scale by size.

We use a PMS colour system, so please indicate exact Pantone colours or it will be left to our discretion. It is almost impossible to get a 100% colour match, but we will do our best. If an alternative colour (for embroidery) may be used, we will consult with you first.

If you require a sample, we charge at setup fee + depending on the amount of garments you require.

Garments

We source the best wholesale garments and can provide most things you’re after. This also guarantees that we know the quality of the garments we are stitching/printing on.

If you want to supply your own garments, it must be a minimum of 30 garments per design. They must be new, clearly labelled and sorted (individually bagged and unsorted items will incur a fee per item).

We are not responsible for replacing any damaged or mistakes on BYO garments.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks depending on stock.
If you need a rush order, let us know - we charge extra.

A 50% deposit is required before ordering stock, in which we will commence production and dispatch upon receiving the remaining 50%

Delivery

We use couriers to deliver all across Australia! Pricing depends on location and the size of the order.

You are welcome to pick up your order (or drop off BYO garments) if you live in Sydney - talk to us about it over email! Otherwise we can organise a Sendle to pickup the stock from you to send to us.
